QMHA I - Testing Requirements

Requirements for certification:

• Verification of 1,000 supervised experience hours (earned after you become a QMHA-R), verified by a qualified QMHP supervisor who meets the requirements of a supervisor in OAR 309-019-0125.
• Successfully pass the QMHA I competency exam (available online).  Exam fee: $165

Testing Application Process

• Please request a QMHA I Testing Application to be added into your Certemy account
• The only requirement for testing is 1000 clinical experience hours earned as a QMHA-R
• After completing the supervision step, your account will be moved to the Testing Registration step
• In the Testing Registration step, you will indicate how you want to take the exam (in person or remote) and a scheduling link will be sent to you with-in 2 weeks of completing this form

The QMHA Exams can be proctored in person, or remotely on your personal/work computer.
